31 Day Pilates Challenge

Get ready for a month of brand new Pilates workouts filled with challenging exercises, recovery stretches and grounding meditations. All workouts are mixed level, they'll vary in length, focus and difficulty. No props needed, just you and your mat!

Step-by-step

The challenge is meant to be done in order because each workout will build on the previous days exercises. The workouts will get progressively harder week by week but there will always be tons of modifications depending on your level.

Duration

Some workouts are full length at 45 minutes and some are Pilates circuit workouts that are less than 10 minutes

Focus

Most workouts are full-body but some days we'll focus on upper body, lower body or even balancing. There will also be a meditation or stretch video once a week.
