Traveling this summer and want to stay in shape? Working out at home and not sure what to do?

*45 min full-body pilates workout
*Travel tote full of props to help keep you in shape
(a small exercise ball and an assortment of resistance bands)
*A healthy (but super tasty) lunch
**The first 5 people to sign up will also receive a 20 min phone consultation to be redeemed at any point during the summer. We can discuss your fitness/wellness goals, prior injuries and how to tailor your workouts to fit your needs.**

Every week from Memorial Day to Labor Day, I'll be posting a Summer Workout Program on Instagram. This summer workout program will have 3 suggested workouts per week (to my variety of YouTube videos) to help keep you in shape all summer long! It's super easy to follow and will take the guesswork out of figuring out what workouts to do and when!
