Aloha & welcome! Iâm very excited to announce a brand new 2026 New Years Challenge: Back to the Basics. Donât let the title fool you, this 14 day challenge is not considered easy by any means but the slow and controlled movements are focused on the deepest set of abs, your transverse abdominals. One of my favorite things about Pilates is its versatility - we can still do difficult exercises like our supine abs series or planks that support a strong and healthy spine without compromising any low back injuries.
